When you register for an event or purchase an item through this website, we collect information required by our auditing policies and necessary to fulfill your order. We collect and use your billing and shipping address and payment information to process your payment and fulfill your order, and we may use your e-mail address to send you a receipt or other information about your order. Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Please contact us if you need to cancel an event registration. Note that a cancellation fee may apply.  No refunds will be honored within two weeks of the event start date. 
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
